Still foggy - motoring slowly all night staring into grey fluffy candy floss looking for ice. The technique is not to stare but to move the eyes around the horizon, such as it is and try to pick differences in texture. Not easy and quite a strain for 2 hours at a time. 95 miles to Kap Farvel and 1550 to Falmouth. Say 16 days if all goes well and the Atlantic is not full of SuD.
